Position Overview:
Edgesource is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our existing Talent Acquisition team to contribute to the organizations continued growth and success. The ideal candidate in this role will support staffing efforts for IT, Intel, & Operations related positions in the government contracting space spanning the DoD, DHS, DoS, & Intelligence Community. This role can support a hybrid work schedule with onsite duties performed at our corporate HQ in Alexandria, VA.

Required Qualifications:

  • US citizen with the ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or sufficient work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experienced with full life cycle recruiting in the government contracting space.
  • Experience staffing for IT positions to include Software Developers, Networking, Help Desk, and others.
  • Experienced recruiting candidates with security clearances up to the polygraph level.
Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Active US government security clearance.
  • Experience recruiting for proposal/business development initiatives.
  • Experience recruiting for highly competitive, best athlete opportunities
